Customers or visitors to this website are referred to as “you.” Lizzielane.com is referred to as “us,” “our” or “we.”
1. General Information
Purchasing goods from this website indicates that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms and Conditions. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
1.1 Lizzielane reserves the right to change or modify this site without notice. Each time you purchase goods, you should ensure you understand the current Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Your contract for purchases is with Lizzielane. You undertake that all goods ordered are for your own private use and are not for resale.
2. Contract for Sale
2.1 By completing our online order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we send you a “Confirmation of Dispatch” email. This creates a legally binding contract. Once accepted, orders cannot be amended without our written consent.
2.2 You warrant that all details provided are true, accurate, and that you have sufficient funds to cover the purchase.
2.3 As our items are handmade and personalised, slight variations may occur. Colors may vary due to screen settings. Where product descriptions state “gold/silver/pearl,” this may refer to color rather than actual precious materials unless otherwise stated.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices are as stated on the website at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. All prices are in GBP and include VAT but exclude delivery charges.
3.2 Payment is processed at the time of purchase. All cards are subject to validation checks; if authorization is refused, we will not be liable for non-delivery.
4. Delivery
4.1 We will deliver to the address provided on the checkout page. Any dates quoted are approximate. Lizzielane shall not be liable for any delay in delivery.
4.2 The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery. We are not liable for loss or damage after delivery has been completed.
5. Personalised Items & Cancellations
5.1 All items sold by Lizzielane are personalised or made-to-order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, these items are exempt from the right to cancel. You are not entitled to a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
5.2 Please double-check all spelling, dates, and personalisation details before finalizing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer.
6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
6.1 If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or received in error, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt via our Contact Us page.
6.2 All returns must be authorized with a valid Goods Return Number (GRN). Items returned without a GRN will be refused.
6.3 Upon inspection, we will elect to repair, replace, or refund the item. Our decision is final.
7. Liability
7.1 Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. Subject to this, our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods in question.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content, including images and text, is owned by Lizzielane. You are not permitted to copy, store, or adapt any content without prior written permission.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
