How much will it cost and how long will it take?
We offer a variety of delivery services depending on where you live. For UK deliveries, we offer a choice of three delivery services; Standard Delivery, Express Delivery and Next Working Day Delivery.For European or International deliveries, please see the table below for delivery options and time-scales.
All our items take up to 3 working days to create and delivery typically is:

Please note that some of our deliveries require a signature and that weekends and bank holidays are not counted as working days. All European and International deliveries will require a signature and your credit / debit card will be charged in UK Sterling.
Delivery & Production Information
Please note: Most of our items are handcrafted and personalised to order. Delivery times include both Production Time (the time it takes to make your gift) and Shipping Time (the time in transit).
All European and International deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Your card will be charged in UK Sterling at the point of purchase.
Production & “Order Cut-Off” Times
Because each item is unique, we have a daily production cut-off of 12pm.
- Orders placed before 12pm enter the production queue the same working day.
- Orders placed after 12pm or over the weekend enter the queue the next working day.
Personalisation typically takes up to 3 working days before dispatch. During peak periods (such as Christmas or Mother’s Day), production times may be extended.
Who Do We Use?
For UK deliveries, we use a variety of trusted carriers including Royal Mail and DPD to ensure your personalised items arrive safely. For all European and International deliveries, we use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

We proudly ship our personalised gifts to the following locations:
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
International: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the USA.
Alternative Delivery Addresses
You may have your order delivered to an alternative address (e.g., a workplace or directly to the recipient). Please note that for security reasons, high-value orders or first-time international orders may be subject to additional checks or required to ship to the card billing address. We will contact you if this is the case.
Important Delivery Notes
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address. For security and to prevent delays in our production queue, we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been paid for.
- Working Days: Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not counted as working days for production or shipping.
- Missed Deliveries: If you are not available, our carrier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please act on these quickly, as carriers only hold items for a limited time before returning them to us.
- Outlying Areas: Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and islands may take 1-2 working days longer than the standard quoted times.
