Important Information
- Natural Wood Variations: As Hevea wooden boards are made from a natural material, individual items will vary in wood grain pattern, tone, and color. These characteristics are natural attributes of real wood.
- Wood Warping Guidance: Solid wood naturally absorbs ambient moisture, which can occasionally lead to minor temporary warping. If warping occurs, place the board on a flat surface with the highest or damp side facing upwards. The board will gradually flatten over several days as moisture levels rebalance.
- Accuracy Notice: Custom engraved items are non-returnable unless faulty. Please verify all name details before finalizing your purchase.
