By 2018 our shift to personalised gifts was driven by a clear demand from our customers for more tailored and meaningful products. This quickly became our mainstay, completely overtaking our original jewellery collections in popularity and this pivot to personalisation catapulted us into a new phase of growth.
Our journey is notably marked by our success on Etsy – Since our pivot to personalisation and launching on the platform in 2019, we have fulfilled more than 172,000 orders and received more than 22,500 five-star reviews.
